Aromatic notes of roses, watermelon and a touch of strawberry greet the nose first, followed by light cherry and raspberry and just a hint of honeydew. The subtle fruit profile is joined by perfumed notes of white flowers and crème brulee. On the palate the wine is broad and mouth-filling. This is a lighter style of rose, but one that has gorgeous depth and richness of flavor. The acidity is in perfect balance to create a juicy, energetic and yet smooth mouthfeel.
